Thoughts from the underground

USC takes on Oregon in what will most likely determine the champion of the Pac-10. What do I think will happen? If history hold true…USC wins in a close one. USC and coach Carrol have done amazingly well against ranked teams on the road. I think coach Kelly’s inexperience will show. I hope coach Carrol plays aggressive and plays to big win.

Keys to the game for USC:

On Defense

Play aggreesive on defense. Bring the blitz from all angles. Play man to man bump and run on the corners. Bring  Mays closer to the line of scrimage.

On Offense

Short qucik passes to your backs and tight ends. Power running game. The Duck defense is is fast and quick but can be pushed back. Run right at them and balance with short passes. Then hit them with play action passes and RoJo over the top. How about lining up Butler and RoJo on opoosite ends and have them run crossing post routes…Make the safetly pick who to cover.
